ACEEE 2021 proceedings has been has been included in IEEE xplore and indexed by Ei Compendex and Scopus.

After careful consideration and in light of the global health emergency and pervasive travel restrictions, 2021 4th Asia Conference on Energy and Electrical Engineering (ACEEE 2021) is also converted to a fully virtual conference. Except for the regular presentation style, delegates who cannot attend the meeting due to the epidemic situation have participated in the web conference session or video conference session, etc, during the conference.

The organizing committee has invited Prof. Zhe Chen (IEEE Fellow, Aalborg University, Denmark), Prof. Hazlie Mokhlis (Chair for IEEE Power Energy Society, Malaysia Chapter; University of Malaya, Malaysia, Malaysia), Prof. S.
